The Owner of Holistic Inspiration, LLC, Charnell Murphy is a Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina, with several years of experience working in the mental health field and serving various populations. Charnell has worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger issues, parenting issues, career challenges, ODD, ADHD and conduct disorders. She has also helped many people who have experienced emotional and physical abuse.

Charnell's counseling style is welcoming and interactive. She believes in treating each person with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Charnell's approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, existential counseling, motivational interviewing and also Solution Focused. She will work towards ensuring that each technique is utilized to meet your unique and specific needs. You will work as a team to build on skills that will minimize and alleviate any mental health concerns.
